WAHM Working Out at Home

Work-At-Home-Mom working out at home because The Papa is at Laban Rata on Mount Kinabalu now, probably going to sleep soon before doing the summit push starting 3.00am in the morn.

SO, I have to be with the kids and leceh la nak hangkut2 budak empat orang pegi gym atau rumah my parents..jadinya workout kat rumah je la.

I just bought these shoes on Wednesday..Nike+ LunarGlide3. I have LunarGlide2 so kiranya upgrade sikit la. This pair that I bought is about RM90 cheaper than a few other LunarGlide3. Just because of the colour (kiranya out of season sikit la). Tak kisah beb, lagi bagus ada diskaun.

So today was a series of burpees, lunges, squats, jumping jacks, sit-ups, ab crunches, push-ups...

Makcik mengah sekarang.

burpees, lunges etc...err listening to that ngeri je..I joined boot camp earlier ths yr...so these things sort of haunt me.:)
anyway salute that u hv the drive to do all those..i'm now mcm dah hilang drive nya..malas betul nak exercise

Terpaksa beb..masa tu hubby takde 4 days and the Rakan Muda Run was coming up..I never joined bootcamp. My dad's training when I was in school still haunts me too ha ha
Jangan malas..! Well, kalau malas pegi gym boleh je buat kat rumah. Yang I buat ni semua guna body-weight. you can feel the difference if you do it consistently. You pun pernah pegi bootcamp kan.

And my best timing 10k run so far is 1:12 (Nike Run 2010 and Siemens Run 2011). Cepat2 kalahkan timing I ni... :)
