Sometimes I really screw up my priorities. Sometimes..I really suck at placing which ones to do first. For example, I sometimes NEED to finish the dirty dishes and have the kitchen sink nice and empty before I go upstairs and bathe my smallest kiddo.
Sungguh tak betul priorities I ni.
Anyway, work-wise, I'm now more worried about the 3 hantaran sets more than Chinese New Year gift baskets. Not that we received a whole lot of CNY orders tapi selalunya kalau buat CNY baskets dulu-dulu, takde coincide dengan mana-mana orders sangat (setakat 2-3 all year round gifts tu adalah). But hantaran, satu set dah at least 7 dulang. Nak kena perah otak sikit ni. Hmmmm..
In choosing the most suitable baskets/boxes/containers to decorate the hantaran items in..I'm the one who has to go to suppliers and see/choose myself. Unlike orders for festive season gift baskets where the orders are usually in bulk and I just call the supplier and tell them which ones I want and they'll send the baskets over. Kalau tak berapa banyak pun, I can still ask my runner to go pick em up. I'm actually more comfortable being the person di belakang tabir.
I don't know what I'm trying to say in this post, actually.
Rant mode on, izzit..?
Maybe it's the weather. Maybe it's the lack of sleep. Maybe I just feel tired and lazy today.
Whatever it is, you gotta love what you do..especially if you're doing what you love. Walk the talk baby.
